Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the ways your personal data is obtained, the purposes of processing, the recipients of shared data, the legal reasons, and your rights in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and for your satisfaction.

 

1. a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('Law No. 6698'), your personal data will be collected and processed by Vycall Wireless Call Systems ('COMPANY') as the data controller, within the scope described below.

 

1. b) The Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The COMPANY may collect personal data from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, business partners, and suppliers, including identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing sales information.

Your collected personal data;

To ensure the provision of COMPANY's products and services to you, fulfillment of our obligations towards you, preparation of records and documents, compliance with local and international legal regulations, including information storage, reporting, informing, tax, and other obligations,

To offer you personalized advertisements, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products,

To manage and oversee infrastructure and commercial activities, including audit, finance and accounting, billing and collections, information technology systems, data and website hosting, business continuity and records, document and print management, to comply with internal policies and procedures.

To communicate for the purpose of information transfer necessary for information technology requirements, system structure, necessity of received information technology support services, and related to these services and products.

To conduct traffic measurement, statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling, and CRM activities for sales and marketing activities.

To measure and improve customer satisfaction, manage complaints, receive your feedback and suggestions regarding new services and products, receive your problem-error notifications, and provide you with information regarding products and services, complaints, and requests.

To receive your orders, process your payments, establish logistics collaboration with third parties and ensure product delivery, recommend products and services that may interest you, engage in online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measure and improve service quality, communication, optimization, audit, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, interest determination, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, communication,

To use in any kind of products and services to be offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation regulating the matters written in the COMPANY's main contract, such as comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or improvements, which are subject to disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY.

To comply with the information storage, reporting, and informing obligations prescribed by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of contracts, and to perform the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services.

To manage financial operations, communication, market research, and social responsibility activities conducted by the COMPANY, procurement operations (demand, quotation, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, legal operations in line with the determination and implementation of the COMPANY's commercial and business strategies.

To comply with the applicable laws and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism laws, to comply with legal processes, and to review, evaluate, and respond to requests from official and government authorities (including those outside your country of residence), in line with the purposes and conditions of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

1. c)Who the Processed Personal Data Can be Transferred to and for What Purpose

Your collected personal data; limited to the realization of the purposes mentioned above;

To COMPANY's business partners, suppliers, shareholders, Yıldız Holding and its subsidiaries,

To persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation, Court of Accounts, Law on Prevention of Laundering of Crime Revenues, Law on Prevention of Laundering of Crime Revenues, Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, and other legislation,

To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and judicial authorities, as required by law.

To foreign companies and subsidiaries.

To individuals or legal entities with whom we receive services, collaborate for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and for the realization of the purposes mentioned above, to program partner institutions, to institutions with whom we have agreements for sending messages to our customers, and to cargo companies that deliver the orders to you, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

ç) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through various channels including COMPANY Headquarters, applications made on contracted websites, other institutions with which we provide/receive support services within the scope of any legislation or contract, both natural and legal persons, our website and mobile application, call centers, our social media accounts, and other channels that may be established/formed in the future, within the framework of all kinds of legislation or contracts.

The collection of your personal data by the COMPANY is carried out within the framework of legal regulations for the purposes mentioned above, including the performance of the contract.

 

11. d) Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 for Personal Data Owners

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods specified below, the COMPANY will process the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. For each page exceeding ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by our company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

  • The right to request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction made in this regard,

  • The right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the deletion or destruction made in this regard,

  • The right to object to a decision made against oneself based solely on the automated processing of data, including profiling,

  • They have the right to request compensation for damages in case of harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your request regarding the exercise of the rights mentioned above in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for Data Controllers' Application published in the Official Gazette numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to and registered in our system by COMPANY. Only information about the applicant will be provided in the applications, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

   b) For Turkish citizens, your Republic of Turkey ID number, and for foreigners, your nationality, passport number, or if available, your ID number,

   c) Your residential or business address for notification purposes,

   ç)Your primary electronic mail address, telephone number, and fax number, if available, for notification purposes

   d) The subject of your request, It is mandatory to provide, and if available, any information and documents related to the subject of the request must be attached to the application.

It is necessary to provide complete and accurate information and documents that enable identification according to the nature of your request. Failure to provide the requested information and documents accurately may result in disruptions in the conduct of investigations to be conducted by the COMPANY in response to your request. In this case, the COMPANY declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent in a manner that includes complete information and documents requested according to the nature of your request.
