Vycall Warranty and Return Terms

Warranty Policy

All products of Vycall are covered by a comprehensive one-to-one exchange guarantee for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by user errors (such as product breakage, liquid contact, impact, and unauthorized opening).

Decreases or complete depletion in battery and cell performance are excluded from our warranty process.

In case of any malfunction due to manufacturer's defect, our customer can request a one-to-one exchange of the products; however, separate parts such as batteries and cells are not included in this exchange guarantee.

Customers need to report their issues by contacting Vycall Customer Service for a replacement or inspection request, and the products must be sent to our company. Products should be delivered to us with Sender Paid.

After your product reaches our company, it will be evaluated within 7 working days at the latest, and if deemed appropriate, a replacement will be provided. After the replacement, the products can be sent with receiver paid or can be collected from our company.

In cases not covered by the warranty, Vycall does not offer any refunds or discounted exchanges.

Repair service is not offered according to Vycall policies.

Return Policy

You can return Vycall products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unopened and unused.

Shipping fees during returns should be covered by the customer. The shipping cost incurred during the initial shipment of the products will be invoiced separately to the customer."

In case of any damage to the packaging of products delivered by cargo, the product should be returned without accepting the delivery, and the situation should be reported to the cargo officer to prepare a report. Our company should also be informed of the incident.
