Up to 999 call buttons can be registered to a D20. Buttons are paired using a 3-digit numeric code.

The display duration is adjustable, up to 99 seconds. The last 10 calls are also kept in memory.

It works with the premium, industrial and help buttons in the Vycall 433 MHz ecosystem, and it also receives calls relayed by a signal repeater.

It receives signals up to 800 metres in open areas. Indoors the range depends on the building; on large sites it is extended with a signal repeater.

It can be hung on a wall or used on a desk. The box contains the D20 and a 12V 1A power adapter.
