1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device or browser by websites you visit. Cookies allow certain technical information about your device to be collected.

2.2. Analytical Cookies

• Provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Used for anonymous statistical analysis such as visitor counts, user behavior and page performance.
• Microsoft Clarity additionally processes in-page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) as heatmaps and session recordings. Information you enter into form fields, together with personal data such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers, is masked and not recorded.
• These cookies are loaded only if you consent to analytical cookies; without your consent Microsoft Clarity is never executed.
• Help improve Website performance and user experience.

2.3. Advertising / Targeting Cookies

• May be used by Google Ads or other marketing tools.
• Serve personalized advertising based on user interests.
• These cookies are loaded only if you consent to advertising/marketing cookies.

2.4. Advertising Measurement (Attribution) Data

When you arrive at the Website through a Google Ads advertisement, the advertising click identifier in the address bar (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), the campaign source parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the addresses of the page you landed on and the page from which you submitted the enquiry form are recorded. This information is held in two places:

• Server session: retained on our server for the duration of that visit only. No additional advertising cookie is written to your device for this purpose; only the session cookie strictly necessary for the Website to function is used. The session is opened only when an advertising parameter is present in the address bar.
• vy_attr cookie: a first-party cookie stored on your device for 90 days. It ensures the source is not lost when the day you saw the advertisement differs from the day you submit the enquiry form. A new advertising click overwrites the previous information.

This data is not used to show you advertisements, to profile you or to track you across other websites; it is used solely to measure which advertisement led to a genuine enquiry and sale. When you submit an enquiry form, this information is stored together with your enquiry in our customer relationship management system. If your enquiry results in a sale, the related advertising click identifier together with the conversion date and amount is sent back to Google Ads as "conversion data". Your name, telephone number and e-mail address are not sent to Google in this transfer.

If you do not wish advertising measurement data to be collected, you may block or delete cookies belonging to the vycall.com domain in your browser settings; other functions of the Website are not affected.

2.5. Security Cookies (Google reCAPTCHA)

• Google reCAPTCHA is used in certain form fields to detect bots and prevent abuse.
• Google may process IP address, browser information, device type and technical interaction data solely for security verification.

2.6. List of Cookies Used on the Website

Analytical and advertising cookies are loaded only if you consent to the relevant category. The durations of third-party cookies are determined by the respective provider (Google, Microsoft) and may be changed by them.

In addition to cookies, only your cookie preference and the date on which it was given are stored in your browser's local storage. This record keeps your preference across pages and is deleted when you clear your browser data.

2.7. Record of Cookie Consent

When you save your cookie preference, in order to meet our obligation to demonstrate that consent was given, your preference is recorded together with the date, your IP address and browser information (user agent) on our own server located in Türkiye. This record is not shared with third parties and is used solely to evidence the existence of consent.

2.8. Cookieless Visitor Counting

The Website runs a first-party visitor counter that uses no cookies. Your IP address is not stored in plain form in this counter; it is converted into an irreversible cryptographic digest (HMAC-SHA256) and used solely to calculate the number of daily unique visitors and page views. The resulting data is not capable of identifying you and is not transferred abroad.

3. Purposes of Using Cookies

4. International Transfer of Cookie Data

The server hosting the Website is located in Türkiye (Istanbul); server logs and form data generated during your visit are stored in Türkiye.

However, certain technical data is transferred abroad through the third-party services we use: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA) and Microsoft (Clarity). Such transfers are based on GDPR Articles 45–49, KVKK Article 9 and the data processing terms agreed with the respective providers. If you do not consent to analytical and advertising cookies, these services are not executed and no such transfer takes place.

For advertising performance measurement purposes, where an enquiry results in a sale, the advertising click identifier (gclid) together with the conversion date and amount is transferred to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. No name, telephone number or e-mail address is included in this transfer.

5. Managing Cookie Preferences

Users can manage cookie preferences by:

• Adjusting browser settings to block all cookies
• Disabling third-party advertising cookies

Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
