Our purpose; 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698. in accordance with the article and to your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways of receiving your personal data, the purposes of processing, the persons shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a) Data Controller
in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; Vycall Wireless Calling Systems as the data controller. It will be collected and processed by (the “COMPANY”) within the scope described below.

b) For What Purpose the Personal Data will be Processed
Personal data may be collected by the COMPANY from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners and suppliers in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing sales information.

Your personal data collected;

- To provide the COMPANY's products and services to you, to fulfill our obligations to you, to arrange registration and documents, to comply with the information storage, reporting, information, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legal legislation,

- To offer you special advertising, campaigns, advantages and other benefits to be made for sales and marketing activities that will be carried out to improve the quality of services and products,

- To manage infrastructure and business activities and to comply with internal policies and procedures, including those related to auditing, finance and accounting, invoicing and collections, information processing systems, data and website hosting, business continuity and records, document and printing management,

- To communicate with the information processing requirements, the systemic structure, the necessity of the information processing support services received, in order to transfer the necessary information to you regarding these services and products,

- To carry out traffic measurement, statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling and CRM studies to be carried out for sales and marketing activities,

- Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction, complaint management, receiving your opinions and suggestions about new services and products, receiving your problem-error notifications, providing you with information about products and services, complaints and requests,

- To receive your orders, to perform your pay transactions, 3. to provide logistics cooperation with people and to provide product delivery, to suggest products and services that may interest you, online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measurement and development of service quality, communication, optimization, audit, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, identification of interests, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, communication

- Comparative product and/or service offer, modeling, current or new product studies and/or developments, use in all kinds of products and services that will be offered to you in accordance with the law regulating the works written in the COMPANY's articles of association, which are the subject of disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY, and relevant legislation,

- To comply with the information storage, reporting, information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject in relation to the use of these services,

- In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY's commercial and business strategies; finance operations, communication, Sunday research and social responsibility activities carried out by the COMPANY, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, managing legal operations

- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations (including those outside your country of residence), including anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist laws, to comply with the legal process and to examine, evaluate and respond to requests from official authorities and state authorities (including those outside your country of residence), for the purposes of Law No. 5698. and 6. personal data will be processed within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred
Your personal data collected are limited to the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, including;

- To the COMPANY's business partners, suppliers, shareholders, Yıldız Holding and its subsidiaries,

- Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation, Court of Accounts, Law on Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds of Crime, Law on Prevention of Laundering of Money, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations and other legislative provisions allowed to persons or organizations,

- Public institutions and organizations authorized by law, administrative authorities and legal authorities,

- To foreign companies and subsidiaries,

- Product /service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and implementation of the above-mentioned purposes to the natural or legal persons we cooperate with, to the program partner institutions and organizations, to the institutions with which we have an agreement on sending the messages we send to our customers, to the cargo companies that deliver the orders placed to you 8 of the Law No. 6698. and 9. personal data may be transferred within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles.

ç) The Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is provided by the COMPANY Headquarters, applications made through contracted websites, real and / or legal entities that are processed in accordance with any legislation or contract with other institutions that we provide / receive support services, oral, written or electronic media from media such as our website and mobile application, call centers, social media accounts, or other channels that may be established/formed in the future, in particular;

It is collected by the COMPANY within the framework of the legal legislation for the above-mentioned purposes within the scope of the performance of the contract.

d) 11 of the Law No. 6698 of the Personal Data Owner. The Rights Listed in the Article
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests for your rights by the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. There will be no charge for the answer to be given up to ten pages. A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the answer to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In this context, the personal data owners;

To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, do not request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
To request correction of the personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
It has the right to request compensation of the damage if it suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above is subject to Article 13 of the Law No. 6698. article 1. in accordance with the paragraph and the Communiqué No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 on the Procedures and Principles of Applying to the Data Controller, you can forward it in Turkish and in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (PEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or an electronic mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system. Information will be provided only about the applicant in the applications, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
