What You See on the Device
How the Call Reaches the Terminal
The terminal runs the VyApp Smart Call receiver app; a call drops into the on-screen list as it arrives and is cleared from the same screen when the job is done.
- Waiting calls on one screen, each with the time it arrived
- The button name appears in the call — a table, room or line name
- A completed call is removed from the list with one touch
- Call history is viewed from the Logs tab
