Vycall Warranty and Return Terms

Warranty Policy

All Vycall products are covered by a comprehensive one-to-one replacement warranty for 2 years from the invoice date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error (such as product breakage, liquid contact, impact, or being opened by unauthorized persons).

Decreases in battery performance or complete battery depletion are excluded from our warranty process.

In case of any malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, our customers may request a one-to-one replacement of the products; however, separate parts such as batteries and cells are not included in this replacement guarantee.

For a product replacement or inspection request, our customers must contact Vycall Customer Service to report the issue and send the products to our company. Products must be sent to us as Sender-Paid.

After your product reaches our company, it will be assessed within 7 business days at the latest and replaced if deemed appropriate. After replacement, products can be shipped as Receiver-Paid or collected from our company.

In cases not covered by the warranty, Vycall does not offer refunds or discounted replacements.

Repair services are not provided as per Vycall policies.

Return Policy

You can return Vycall products within 7 days from the date you receive them. To be eligible for return, product packaging must be unopened and unused.

During returns, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. The shipping cost incurred for the initial delivery of the products will be additionally invoiced to the customer.

For products delivered by cargo, in case of any damage to the packaging, the product should be returned before accepting delivery, and the situation should be reported to the courier to issue a report and notify our company.
