The label count matches the number of product lines (SKUs) on the shelf, not the number of units in stock. The exact figure comes out of a shelf count.
The cloud software works over a POS or ERP connection, bulk import from Excel, and an API. Your till system remains the price source; the ESL only reflects that price on the shelf. The scope of the integration is assessed against the software you use.
A change sent from the software reaches the labels through the gateway. The time depends on the number of labels and the gateway layout.
Yes — two models are built for this: VyTag Slim 2.6" Freezer and VyTag Pro 2.1" Freezer. Both operate down to −25 °C and the Pro model is IP67 rated.
Up to five years in a scenario of five updates a day. In the Slim family the battery is built into the body; in the Pro family it is replaceable, so at the end of that period you renew the battery, not the label.
One gateway manages up to 3,000 labels across 300 m². The exact number depends on the store area, the walls and the number of labels, and is settled by a site survey.
