Order picking aisles (pick-to-light)The main use of the system. The button and LED label shows the picking order on the shelf itself; this is where e-commerce and piece-picking warehouses gain the most.
Location and pallet identityLocation code, product name and stock detail on the shelf. When the layout changes, the label turns from the software.
Cold stores and freezer aislesWhere a standard label does not work. The Pro 2.1" Freezer is IP67 rated and operates down to −25 °C.
Dispatch and goods-in areasDoor, ramp and waiting-area information is handled with the 7.5" info display; no printed signage is needed.
VyTag GatewayThe gateway covering the area distributes the update from the software to every label on the shelf. One device manages up to 3,000 labels across 300 m²; larger areas use more than one gateway.

Label Templates Designed for Your Business
You decide what goes where on the label. Your warehouse template is set up once; the location code, product name and stock field sit in the same place on every rack.
- Your logo and brand colours appear on the label
- You decide where the product name, price, unit price, barcode and QR sit
- A separate template is defined for picking and dispatch; when the job ends the label returns to its location-identity template.

The cloud software works over WMS and ERP connections and an API. The picking order still originates in your system; VyTag shows that order at the shelf and sends the button confirmation back. The scope of the integration is assessed against the software you use.
Yes. The Pro 2.9" with button is used in picking aisles and the Slim 4.2" or 4.3" for location identity; all of them run on the same gateway and the same panel.
Metal density affects coverage. That is why the gateway count is set by the coverage measured during the survey, not by square metres.
Yes. The VyTag Pro 2.1" Freezer is IP67 rated, operates down to −25 °C and has a replaceable battery.
The label count matches the number of shelf bays. A pick-to-light installation covers only the picking aisles; a location-identity installation covers every bay. The two can also be combined.
